Summer Fitness Bucket List

 

Summer is here and warm weather and sunshine are great motivators to get active! Another great way to get active this summer is with a Summer Fitness Bucket List! Here are some ideas to add to your summer bucket list:

 

Walk/Run a New Trail: There are so many beautiful trails around here. Whether you’re walking or running, pick a new trail (or a couple new trails) and get active while enjoying some new scenery. 

 

Plan a Long Bike Ride: Maybe you try biking to work to get active, or taking your bike ride to the grocery store, or maybe you plan a Saturday afternoon to find a trail with some restaurants, bars, and/or coffee shops along the way to stop at.

 

Try a Pool Workout: Water can make great resistance! You can take an aqua aerobics class or swim laps to get your workout in and stay cool doing it.

 

Try a New Workout Class/Instructor: Sometimes change is good. Try something new this summer. Maybe it’s a new workout class, or maybe a new instructor. Either way, it will shake up your workout routine!

 

Go Paddleboarding: Paddleboarding is becoming more popular. If you want to be a little more adventurous, try Paddleboard Yoga!
